My name is Alexa, and I am studying Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, USA. Fashion is my passion and to be given the opportunity to study abroad in Milan, Italy, one of the top fashion capitals of the world, will be the experience of a lifetime. In 10 short days, myself, along with nineteen other students, and two professors, will be fully immersed in the culture of fashion icons such as, Versace, Dolce&Gabbana, Gucci, Salvatore Feragamo, and so many more. This trip won't just be a walk in the park, or a nice scoop of gelato, I am there to learn as much as I can within the 30 days. We will be going on industry visits, to museums, backstage at fashion shows, oh and did I also say we would be going to a lot of museums? Each week I will be posting my stories, pictures, experiences, or pretty much anything I deem fashion blog-worthy. The rest is your job, fashion bloggers.
